When the sun rises in the valley, you'll here roosters crowing in the faraway hills and morning cow bells ringing in the neihbouring fields. Feel the light dew on the grass and the soft morning sun as you make your way for a light snack before yoga followed by a sumptuous breakfast... A neighbouring Portuguese farmer tends to his animals.
